Best Birthday Ever

So I know its been a very long time since I have posted anything but life is very crazy with us both working full time and going to school full time we barely have time for each other. On wednesday I turned 23! I'm getting so old:) I had a lovely birthday. I woke up in the morning and go out to my car to find that my lovely sister had decorated my car. It totally made my day but I felt kind of stupid driving around with a decorated car so I made her talk to me while driving to work. We then went to dinner with my family at the Mandarin which was very delicious. Then we went and had cake and opened presents. I was definitely spoiled with money to go shopping with. We then went over to Travis and Addies place were they spoiled me rotten! Thanks guys! Then later that night Jared told me that his present to me would happen all day friday. So I canceled my plans with my sister during the day on friday and told Addie that we would have to change our plans that we had on friday night. So we woke up Friday and he took me to breakfast at the Oasis which was very good! Then he took me to my sisters place and handed me a gift card to the Gateway to go shopping and then to get pedicures. It was so much fun! I loved it.. he always thinks of such great ideas. We went shopping all day and then came home pooped after shopping for literally 6 hours. He then blindfolded me and told me we were going to dinner. So we pulled up at the Olive Garden and we walked in and all of my closest friends were there! We all had so much fun! I loved it. After we went and saw Taken which was awesome! Everyone who came to dinner! We missed Nolan, Brooke, Carl, Daxton ,Lindsey and Dylan! I really wish they could of come too but they were on vacation! Thanks so much everyone for making my birthday so special! I have the best hubby in the world! He spoils me way too much!

Viva Las Vegas

We decided to take a trip before school started again..so we decided to head down south were it was warm! We stayed in St. George thursday night then woke up and went to the St. George temple then made our way down to Las Vegas. We also made a trip to the Las Vegas temple that same day..then the party began. We had so much fun, so much walking, and shopping. We all got along and had a great time!

Happy New Years

For New Years we hung out at Travis and Addies place. We had so much fun there was about 12 of us there. We played lots of games, ate food, and rang in the New Year. Definitely one of the best New Years party! Ringing in the New Year with a smooch~

We started the night with 12 people ended the night with us 6! Definitely the best group ever! We are so excited for the New Year, hopefully we have some major changes this year! We wish you all a Happy New Year.

Christmas in California

This year we spent Christmas in California with my side of the family. My dads parents live in a little town in Northern California. We had so much fun even the 11 hour drive it took us to get there with 7 people! We definitely got spoiled this year especially by Jareds parents they gave us a tv! I was so excited. Then Jared surprised me with a diamond ring that i'm able to wear at work since I wear gloves all day, also very excited about that! We were also able to visit Jareds grandparents who live in Volcano totally worth the drive. It is very pretty up there in that small little town of 101 people.

These past couple of weeks have been extremely busy! We had Travis and Addie's Wedding they were married on December 2 in the Salt Lake Temple and had their reception at Le Jardin. Addie looked beautiful and everything was perfect! For the past 15 years my family has had the opportunity to deliever trees for the Festival of Trees which benefits Primary Children's Hospital. This year we were able to help deliver the trees that didn't sell to the hospital. It is always a fun experience. Our family looks forward to it every year. We are now just finishing up with school and are excited for the Christmas break! While bagging the trees Jared decided it would be funny to saran wrap us together..

We also had the opportunity to go and do sealings a couple of Saturdays ago with Natalie and Chris. This month we went to the Ogden temple.

Flag Football & Thanksgiving

Jared and all of his buddies from high school are in many different leagues. They just finished up with flag football, softball, and then they are in a basketball league right now. It is fun to watch them play. Last year they won first place for their league and this year they also took first! I'm kind of glad its over cause there were many cold nights watching them play. I think its so cool that they are all still really good friends.

We are their number one fans. We are at mostly all of their games rain or shine! Its fun to have a friend to sit and chat about different things while watching the games! I'm so glad that I met Addie we have become such good friends!

For Thanksgiving we spent the day with Jareds family. They have it at a church since there is so many of them. We played games and ate lots of food. This was the first time that I have experienced a Roberts Thanksgiving but it was really fun! Then Jared surprised me and for the weekend we stayed at a hotel just in downtown Salt Lake, but it was really fun! We went shopping at the gateway on Friday and John Schmidt was playing for the Gateways opening of the Christmas season. He was amazing! Then they had this huge christmas tree that they had blue and white christmas lights it was awesome. It made me so excited for Christmas.

We definitely had a fun weekend. It was so much fun to hang out with Jared all weekend. It's nice when you get to see your husband for more than 2 hours in one day! Thanks babe the weekend was awesome!

Body Worlds and Twilight

Last night Me, Brooke, and her sisters went to the midnight premier of Twilight. We started the night out by going to dinner at Biaggi's which was very yummy, did a little shopping, then headed down to the District to wait in line with all the crazy little girls. We played some games and then they let us in the theatre an hour and half before the movie started! I thought the movie was good..I wasn't too disappointed! It was a late night we didn't end up getting home till 3:30 in the morning..good thing I don't work Fridays!

On Tuesday, my lovely sister and her husband invited us to go to Body Worlds. They have been volunteering there since it opened and they had a volunteer appreciation night. So we got in for free! It was awesome, if you are reading this and haven't gone you should honestly go! The exhibit is so cool! We had so much fun with Tara's nephews they are so cute. Thank you guys for inviting us!
