I have decided to blow off the dust and start blogging again--more for the journaling, in hopes that one day I will print them off into books. I really regret that I stopped blogging, so I hope to go back and post pictures and little exerts on the things we have done. For now I'm going to give an update on what we are all doing.
Jared- Graduated from Medical School in May and started his Intern year at SAMMC here in San Antonio in hopes to start Dermatology in the near future. (more on that later) He is busy working at the hospital. So far his rotations have been Dermatology which wasn't bad, and then he had Internal Med and that was bad, and he just started Orthopedics. He is also the Elders Quorum President of our ward so that also takes up a lot of his time. When he isn't doing school and church, he is at home with us being a great dad and husband!
Me- I get the privilege of staying at home with my 3 munchkins that keep me extremely busy! I stay busy running the kids around to different activities, and running the house, and staying sane ;) I really do love what I do, but man being a mom is a lot of work!
Harrison- is 6 months and is the best baby! He is so happy all of the time unless he is hungry or tired. He started doing the inch worm at 5 months and then started crawling last week. He gets around and into everything. He has already started to terrorize his sisters. He is also sitting up like a champ and will go from crawling to sitting and vice versa. I have a feeling he is going to be walking soon! Why do they have to grow up so fast! He sleeps pretty well at night sometimes only waking up once to eat. I have tried giving him solids and he isn't sure what to think. I just love my little boy. He brings our family so much happiness.
There's our little update and I'll work to fill in the gaps since last writing--so many stories to tell and pictures to share.
Hallee-is 4.5 years old and is a great big sister(mom). She can be so helpful with the 2 littles. She loves to dance, play any sport, and loves to play with Mckenna and her friends. She also loves to cook, ride horses,and go swimming. She is a social butterfly! She can't wait to start school but is excited to start mom preschool this year. She also throws tantrums, talks back, and other "fun" things. She's not perfect but perfect for us. We love our Hallee boo!
Mckenna- is 2.5 years old and is the cutest/sassiest little thing. She can be laid back and then throwing a tantrum. Which is pretty typical of a 2 year old. She loves to do whatever Hallee is doing, but also plays really well by herself. I love to watch the 2 girls play together and see their imaginations blossom. She is going to start a dance class this year and is so excited. I also hope to get her into gymnastics. I will also do a little mom school with her. She is my fearless monkey she is willing to try anything! She loves the swimming pool!
