June

Wow I can't believe June is already over. This month flew by way too fast! Jared took two weeks off before he left for Alabama. It was fun to have him home even though it seemed like he went golfing everyday! Oh well. We did some fun things while he was here. Now he is gone to officers training in Alabama and I miss him like crazy!! 7 weeks doesn't seem like a long time to be away from someone but to me it is! I'm hoping these next 7 weeks go by fast so I can see him again. I hope Hallee doesn't forget who he is.. I'm so glad I'm around family and friends to keep me busy while he is gone!
We were playing with Jared's new Mac laptop that he got for his birthday/graduation last year. I thought it was a cute family picture.
I love this little girl SO much! She is at such a fun phase right now! I love it!!
We celebrated Jared's 25th birthday on June 25th. We didn't do anything exciting. Hallee woke up with pink eye in both eyes so we went to the doctor and spent the rest of the day getting ready for Jared to leave for Alabama. We did go to Taggart's Grill for dinner with my parents and it was AMAZING!!
Auntie Tara came to visit. But only for a couple days! Good thing she is coming back because we miss her already!
She loves eating her big girl food! I can't seem to feed it to her fast enough!

Memorial Day & Air Force

Every Memorial weekend we try and go to Bear Lake to decorate Taylor's grave and hang out with family. This year we got to go up for a couple of days. It was still winter up there but a lot of fun! Every year the Roberts side of the family has a Memorial day party. It was Hallee's first time in the swimming pool. She loved it! She was squealing and giggling the whole time! She is such a doll!

I love those cute thighs!! So cute!

Yesterday we found out from the Air Force that Jared had to be sworn in by today. So we called up my grandpa who is a retired Air Force Officer and he met us in Logan and he was able to swear him into office. It was so cool! I can't believe our journey begins so soon. Jared leaves in three weeks for Alabama to start officers training.

Pa was so excited that he was able to do this!

I'm so glad Pa came to the rescue and was able to meet us in Logan to do this for us. Jared is now officially in the Air Force. So glad Pa was able to do this for us! We enjoyed a delicious dinner at Hamilton's after. We also found out we were approved for these townhouses in Bethesda! We have a place to live! Such a huge relief!! It's been a great day!!
